Instructions for Use: Cooking Instructions Instructions: (250g Serves 4) Put rice into sieve and rinse thoroughly in plenty of cold water. Allow to drain and then cook in one of the following ways. Hob Instructions: Put 250g (8oz) rice into a saucepan with 600ml (1 pint) of cold water and salt if required. Bring to the boil, cover with a lid and reduce heat to simmer for 12 minutes or until all of the water has been absorbed; stand for 2 minutes before serving. Drain and rinse with boiling water, drain again and serve.
